At WPM ARABIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WPM ARABIA account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, assembly instructions, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
